We make sure all our new patients feel welcome, safe, and taken care of. During your first visit, a dentist will review your dental and medical history. For diagnosis, they will examine your teeth and take X-rays of your mouth. From there, the dentist will explain any issues and help you choose options for treatment. We typically proceed with cleaning at a time that is most convenient for you.
For a shorter time in the waiting room, please fill out the New Patient Form and email it to us before your visit.
Insurance Guidelines
As a courtesy to our patients, our office provides the privilege of direct billing insurance; however we expect any portion not covered by your insurance, to be paid on the day of service.
As our patient, we ask you to provide our office with proper documentation and / or any changes of your insurance and personal information prior to your appointment, without advance notice of changes or if we are unable to verify coverage you will be responsible for paying for your visit at the time of service. As the policyholder, you should understand the limits of your policy. Our office is happy to assist in answering questions to the best of our ability. We will also provide a full fee cost & insurance estimate for any treatment required. Our office does not define or perform treatment based on what insurance allows; we plan and complete treatment according to your consent & to what is most beneficial to your dental health.
